St Ives CC club TTs, May 2018

9 May: This was the first 10mile time trial I had ever done. The weather was very sunny and hot, with very little wind. I found the hill past the petrol station was the hardest part of the course for me during this week, and I found the road past Monks wood was the quickest section.

16 May: My second week of time trialing was the hardest due to weather conditions. The wind was very aggressive and it was bitterly cold. I was over a minute slower then the time I set the week before. However in these conditions it was to be expected.

23 May: During my third week of doing the 10mile TT, it was also another very windy week however not nearly as cold as the week before. I went off quick at the start and managed to get myself quicker up the hill. I found doing the road up to Monks Wood the hardest section as it was where it was most windy. However despite this i managed to be only 15 seconds slower than my PB, so was a good result.
