Icknield CC F11/10 and Stowmarket & District CC B10/38, 5-6 Sep 2020

At the weekend, I raced at two time trials; on Saturday I did the ickneld 10 on the fast F11/10 and on Sunday I did the Stowmarket and District TT on the B10/38.

The TT on Saturday went well. I aimed for a 10 mile personal best as it is a fast course, however the wind wasnt very favourable which made it a slower day than usual. Although It wasnt a PB, it was my second fastest 10, which I was still pleased with and I was also the second fastest female there. I'm looking forward to riding this course again later in the month and trying to achieve a new 10 mile PB.

The race on Sunday went well too and my legs felt good considering I raced the day before. I had a tail wind out and a head wind back, which is the usual direction of wind on the course, so I knew how to pace it. I was happy to get a new course PB and finish as the third fastest lady.
