How can we help?

 

If your goal is just to get fitter or improve your time for doing a sportive, or if you want to start competing, we can help. You may want to start doing time trials, improve your times, get faster on your triathlon bike leg, or improve your performance in road, cyclocross or MTB racing. Or you may just want to be able to ride faster, or take on a challenging sportive or distance ride. All of these are based around cycling fitness. Our strategy is to work with you to understand your goals and how much time per week you have to work on them. We then work out a training plan for you to follow and give you feedback as you progress through the plan. The rest is up to you!

  • Power (preferably) or heart-rate/perceived effort based training plans

  • Regular feedback on training progress and amendments to training plan where necessary

  • Event feedback and discussion for key events in your plan

  • Advice on time trial position and aerodynamics (where relevant)

  • Advice on time trial pacing and strategy (where relevant)

  • Includes basic bike fit

  • 2 emails/ messages/ phone calls per month

  • Monthly workout data review

  • £50 per month (plus £75 start up fee, three month minimum period)

Silver

  • Ideal for those looking to take their training to the next level

  • Premium Training Peaks account included

  • Power meter required

  • Training plan updated monthly and adjusted accordingly

  • Includes annual training plan periodisation and tapering for major events

  • Includes fundamental bike fit

  • 4 emails/ messages/ phone calls per month

  • Weekly workout data review

  • £75 per month (plus £75 start up fee, three month minimum period)

Gold

  • Ideal for those already competing, or who want to compete at a higher level

  • Premium Training Peaks account included

  • Power meter required

  • Training plan updated weekly and adjusted as required

  • Includes annual training plan periodisation and detailed planning and tapering for events

  • Includes time trial/triathlon bike leg pacing and strategy modelling

  • Includes TT bike fit and aerodynamic advice (ongoing)

  • Unlimited emails/ messages/ phone calls

  • Unlimited workout data review

  • £100 per month (plus £75 start up fee, three month minimum period)
