If your goal is to get fitter and faster, start competing, or improve your competitiveness, we can help.

You may want to improve your performance in cycle racing, including time trial (TT), hill climb, road, track, cyclocross (CX), gravel or mountain bike (MTB) racing. You may be looking to get faster at duathlon or triathlon, or take on a new challenge like 70.3 or ironman. Perhaps you want to improve your 5km, 10km or half marathon running times, or move up to marathon and beyond. You may just want to ride or run faster, or take on an endurance challenge like a sportive, audax, ultra-marathon or other epic event.

We will work with you to understand your athletic goals, time constraints due to work/education/family commitments and current performance. We then plan a training programme for you to follow and give you feedback as you progress through the plan. The rest is up to you!

  • At least 2 emails/messages/phone calls per month

  • Workout data review at least monthly

  • £60 per month (plus £75 start-up fee)

Silver

  • Ideal for those looking to take their training to the next level, or to start in competition

  • Premium Training Peaks account included

  • Guides on cycling and multisport training, Training Peaks, bike fundamentals, group riding, indoor training, running fundamentals, swimming fundamentals, nutrition, recovery, female-specific issues, clean sport, mental fitness and training principles

  • Sportive guide and race guides for road, TT, hill climb, gravel, CX, MTB, road/XC/track running, duathlon and triathlon (as required)

  • Heart-rate monitor and power meter required

  • Training plan updated at least bi-weekly and adjusted as required

  • Includes annual training plan periodisation and tapering for major events

  • Includes road/gravel/CX/MTB bike fit

  • Includes running gait and form analysis

  • At least 4 emails/messages/phone calls per month

  • Workout data review at least weekly

  • £90 per month (plus £75 start-up fee)

Gold

  • Ideal for those in competition, or who want to compete at a higher level
