St Ives CC club TT, 9 May 2018

I went into this last TT having had various illnesses so I wasn't expecting anything special. The wind as always seemed to not be in favour and as usual Spiceland hill destroyed me. After going a little too hard at the starting run up to the hill I lost the legs to keep the average pace I'd gained before. This still made it my second best run on that course, 4 seconds behind my PB at 26:13. Overall I'd say that it was a resounding success having started my season nearly as well as I finished the last one.
