ECCA TT E2/10, 11 July 2018

I left with in good time to drive the course and get myself set up. However, I nearly missed my time slot by forgetting my rear light! So with a 20 sec count down I was off. It was a head wind out so I was just trying to keep my cadence up and keep pushing. Once on the turn for home I just tried to keep going with the help of the wind. My time was 24.47, average 24.21mph. I was against some pretty good riders today, so I was 22nd out of 36. I felt like I was pretty hard on myself in this race with the results. I think I may be still suffering from the 125 mile bike ride the week before. I would love to do this course again though.
