Central CX Rd 8, Whipsnade Zoo, 3 Nov 2019

On Saturday I competed in the Central CX League Round 8 at Whipsnade. The course this week really suited me, with many long straights and less technical corners, making it fast. Ground conditions were a lot better than last week, it was a bit bumpy and muddy in places but overall dry. After getting gridded towards the back of the field, I managed to move up steadily each lap. I feel like this is my best CX race I’ve done so far and I’m looking forward to the next one.
