Eastern League CX, 22 Sept 2019

I was gridded in the 4th row quite far back. I went quite hard from the start and tried to get as good a position as possible. I fought with the seniors for a place then settled into a rhythm. The time passed and I was closing in on Nathan's group and just about latched onto the wheel. This took everything I had. I sat on the wheel and then on the last lap he kicked and I couldn't match it. I rode as hard as I could for that last lap and finished 10th junior which for my first hour long cx race is a real achievement.
