Eastern CX Series Rd 11, Snetterton, 19 Jan 2020

I raced the Eastern Cross round at the horse place in Snetterton. This was my third time at the event so I've started to get used to the ground and where it's necessary to brake or let the tyres hold grip. I was gridded third row and was able to hold that in the start. I avoided the nasty looking crashes until I stacked it by myself which was a silly crash to have. The course was initially slippery but it dried out so you could push the corners more and more. I tried to keep a rhythm and stick to it for the whole race this time and not just go all out. I ended up gaining places throughout the race and was able to finish 7th junior, 18th overall. This is my best overall result and I'm very happy that I'm showing signs of improvement thanks to Tim’s training.
