CC Sudbury Mad March Hilly TT, 8 Mar 2020

On Sunday I rode my first TT of the season, which was a 21.8 mile course. The wind was very strong and gusty which is why I chose to ride it on a road bike instead. I didn't have much time to do a very good warm up, and nearly missed my start time. The first part of the course was a headwind and crosswind which I found the most challenging, especially to keep the bike upright! However, the second part of the course had more tail wind although I didn't really feel the benefit.

Overall I wasnt happy with the time I achieved, which was 1:03:16. Considering my positioning in the field of riders, I was pleased with the outcome which was 3rd Lady.
