Cambridge CC TT F2A/25, 13 Sep 2020

I didn’t have the best build up to this event with my back hurting due to swimming that week. I also knew it was going to be a tough race with crosswinds, which I had previously experienced on this course a few weeks ago.

The outward stretch of the course was hard work due to the cross headwind. I didn’t manage to get the time I was looking for but I was pleased with how it went considering how bad I felt going into it. The positives were getting a new 1 hour power during the ride and the fastest 25mile I’ve done so far this year. One more race to go next week to try and get a 25mile PB.
