National Team Time Trial Championships, 15 Jun 2025

National TTT championship went super super well! After a few hard days of dragging furniture around in a house move and preparing for long haul flights, I wasn’t sure what I had in the tank! Luckily, it went significantly better than expected, in large part due to the fab team mates I had.

We started strongly, and I felt amazing for the first 55 minutes or so. Then the fatigue hit and the last 25 minutes were tough; but with some strategic rotations and great communication, we worked out how to deal with the remaining course and executed it perfectly. Lots of power and time PBs all round, and our team came second on the day. The highlight was the three women’s teams we managed to send - a huge step forward for Cambridge women’s cycling 🚴‍♂️
