I ran on the treadmill in two different pairs of shoes (Race day vs Everyday) at varying paces. Tim reviewed the footage and explained where I could improve. I was given drills and stretches to improve my running technique - about 5 weeks on my cadence has increased from 160 to 170 and I feel less pressure on my knees.
