Why Not Use A Training Plan?

A training plan can be a cost-effective way of guiding your training, but:

  • It relies on you to understand your STRENGTHS and WEAKNESSES

  • It doesn’t ADAPT to your changing fitness

  • It doesn’t ADJUST when your plans change

  • It relies on you to know if you are DOING TOO MUCH (or TOO LITTLE!)

  • It doesn’t adapt if you get ILL or INJURED

  • It relies on you to UNDERSTAND if a session is harder (or easier) than it should be

  • It doesn’t give you ADVICE, SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT and ACCOUNTABILITY
