Why Not Use A Training Plan?
A training plan can be a cost-effective way of guiding your training, but:
It relies on you to understand your STRENGTHS and WEAKNESSES
It doesn’t ADAPT to your changing fitness
It doesn’t ADJUST when your plans change
It relies on you to know if you are DOING TOO MUCH (or TOO LITTLE!)
It doesn’t adapt if you get ILL or INJURED
It relies on you to UNDERSTAND if a session is harder (or easier) than it should be
It doesn’t give you ADVICE, SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT and ACCOUNTABILITY
