Lee Valley Winter Circuit Series R4, 10 November 2018

This week there was a Cat 4 only race, and it was a lot slower and calmer than the 3/4 race the previous round. I decided to make a break for home, and went with 3.5 laps to go as I was perfectly positioned to attack on the small climb on the circuit. The attack went well, and I had a 20-25 second lead on the bunch. Unfortunately I couldn’t hold onto it, and they caught me on the last lap, meaning I rolled home with only a couple of dropped riders behind me!
