Baseline FTP test, 21 May 2018

Coached athlete Sophie Lee arrived for her first FTP test today. She doesn't have a power meter currently, so we used the Tacx trainer to get a power number, and also calibrated her threshold heart rate to use in her training plan. Sophie is back riding after a break last summer, and competes in club time trials and has just started road racing.
