Newmarket C&TC Fordham 5.1 mile TT, 29 August 2018

It was our last club TT of season, and I felt I had everything riding on this. It's been fun battling against Kerry for most of the season. We were both fighting for the 1st position and we weren't going to make it an easy race on each other. I felt strong on this race, there was no wind and I had put in the training from Tim. It was a short race and I gave it everything. So much so that I reached a PB on my heart rate and I took 2 days to recover from coughing. I finished the race with a PB of 13:14 with an average speed of 23.12mph. I came 2nd in the end, 41 sec behind Kerry. Its been a great season and I look forward to picking up the trophy for 2nd overall Female!
