Central CX Rd 11, Milton Keynes, 30 Nov 2019

I competed in the Central League CX race at Milton Keynes last Saturday. It was a chilly and muddy race which made it really tough, spent more time running and falling off than cycling. I haven’t been able to go to the last few rounds and conditions are very different now. They are definitely the wrong conditions for me, and I was happy just to get round.
