BUCS 25 mile TT, 6 Apr 2025

BUCS 25 was my second 25 mile TT. And it was absolutely hideous! The delay of 2 hours (due to an accident on the course) meant a lot of waiting around and nerves building.

I think that might have contributed to my hideous tactic of going out far too hard and blowing up 12 miles in. I managed to cling on and still came in 8th fairly respectably. I’m happy with how I held it together when my legs died, but lessons were definitely learnt!
